Standard Shipping: Orders will typically arrive within 5-7 business days. Shipping fees are calculated based on the weight and destination of your package.
Expedited Shipping: For faster delivery, you can choose our expedited shipping option, which typically arrives within 2-3 business days. Additional charges apply.
Overnight Shipping: For urgent needs, we offer overnight shipping to most locations. Orders must be placed before 2 PM local time to qualify for next-day delivery. Additional charges apply.

Orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation.
Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your shipment on our carrier’s website.
If you do not receive a tracking number within 3 business days of placing your order, please contact our customer service team for assistance.

All deliveries are made to the address provided at the time of purchase. Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate and complete to avoid delivery delays.
If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, additional shipping charges may apply to resend the package.
We are not responsible for packages lost or stolen after delivery confirmation. Please ensure a secure location for delivery or arrange to be available at the time of delivery.

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our customer service team within 7 days of receipt. We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly.
You may be required to provide photos of the damaged or defective item for verification purposes.
